High Quality Parts
base
It adopts polycarbonate or bakelife with high corrosiveness resist and good insulation performance by hot-casting.The blast voltage can reach above 8KV.It adopts high strength aluminium by die-cast-ing and heat treatment,not easy to be deformed.

cover
It adopts polycarbonate with high transparent,never worn and torn.It also adopts toughened glass with high strength,not easy to break.

termincal cover
It adopts high strength polycarbonate and fire resist ABS.It has pilfer-proof extended terminal cover and common short cover.

driving element
The drving element include independent voltage and current circuit fixed on the frame.The voltage circuit winds the wire on the thermo-setting plastic frame covered with PVC,and casting with resin,to ensure the good insulation of the product in the service life.The iron core adopts silicon steel steel rivet automatic.It has uniform electromagnetism characteristic,to ensure the high precision in the whole range of loading.

upper bearing
Needle structure,high intension stainless steel,dispense with lube with low friction resistance and invariableness for long time.

lower bearing
It adopts double jewel bearing with high polishing steel ball and spread with horologe oil.This bearing has the lowest starting resistance and long service life.The bearing stretch is fixed to prevent suffer when driving and it is easy to change.

magnetic bearing
It's made by alnico to ensure the stable magnetism.The structure has sealing type and separated type.Two homopolar magnets exclude each other,so the disc can turn with no friction.The guiding part of the bearing consist of a stainless steel needle and carbon liner with automatic lubrication.

disc
It holds L1-Y2 aluminium board and copper turning axes by die-casting .It has plastic worm to reduce frictional moment.

register
It adopt anticorrosive aluminous frame and stainless steel axes.The plastic bearing keeps the low friction and low mechnical load even if on the low load.the driving bearing and bore need not lubricate oil.The wheel made by high intension polycarbonate with no distortion,resisting impact.The figure mark is on the wheel,UR proof and fastness.

BRAKE MAGNET
It adopt high coercive No.8alnico by die-casing.It can reduce the influence of measure accuracy,and will not disturb the magnet core from outside conditions.

The adjustment range of the rotor speed is very wide.The subtle adjustment can be made by moving the magnet.The small sdjuatment can be made by a screw adjustment axes.

On the side of the magnet there is a temperature compensated set,to ensure the compensation from-20℃to 50℃

It is printed by Ur proof printing ink to ensure the fastness for long time.
